Arkadiusz Nevadoni

Founder & Chairman

Arkadiusz founded the Group in 2012 following a career spanning investment banking and direct asset management across Europe and the Gulf. He sets the long-term strategic direction and chairs the Investment Committee.

Isabelle Fontaine

Chief Executive Officer

Isabelle joined the Group in 2021 and was appointed CEO in 2025. She oversees all operating divisions and leads the Group's expansion into new geographies. Previously a partner at a leading European private equity firm.

Marcus Osei

Chief Investment Officer

Marcus leads the Group's investment activities across all asset classes. He brings 22 years of experience in direct investment, portfolio construction, and capital allocation across real estate, infrastructure, and financial services.

Sophia Reinhardt

Managing Director, Real Estate

Sophia oversees the Group's real estate portfolio, which spans prime commercial and residential assets across gateway cities in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. She joined from a global real estate investment manager.

James Whitfield

General Counsel & Head of Governance

James leads the Group's legal, compliance, and governance functions. He has advised on transactions across more than 30 jurisdictions and brings particular expertise in cross-border structuring and regulatory matters.

Priya Nair

Chief Financial Officer

Priya manages the Group's financial operations, reporting, and treasury. She joined from a Big Four advisory practice where she specialised in complex multi-jurisdictional structures for private investment groups.
